A quote takes one message if it carries these — whether you use the form above, WhatsApp or the phone. Without them the first reply is a list of questions, which costs you a day.

The dates

Pick-up date and drop date. For a multi-day trip, say which days the van is held on standby — those bill as full days.

How many people

Nine or fewer opens up the Maharaja lounge. Ten to seventeen means the 17-seater. Over seventeen and you want a second vehicle or a coach, which we will say so.

Where you want to go

City and Sarnath only, or an outstation leg. Outstation bills a 250 km per day minimum, so Ayodhya and Bodhgaya price very differently from a local day.

Any darshan or aarti slot you hold

The time on the slot is the fixed point the whole day is built backwards from. If you have not booked one yet, say so and we will tell you how long the general queue is likely to be on your date.

When we answer

The phone is answered 24x7, including festival days — including Dev Deepawali night and the Kartik Purnima week, when most Varanasi offices are shut. WhatsApp is usually answered within the hour during the day and by the next morning if you message overnight. Email is for written quotes and GST invoices rather than urgent changes; if your trip is inside 48 hours, call.

For Dev Deepawali on 24 November 2026 and the Kartik Purnima week either side of it, we stop quoting six to eight weeks ahead because both vans are committed. If you are reading this inside that window, call rather than message — we will tell you straight away whether anything is left.
