- About 10 minutes through Vishwanath Gali. No vehicle of any size gets closer — this is a municipal restriction, not an operator limit.

When to go
Weekday afternoons are the shortest general queues. Mondays, Mondays in Shravan and Mahashivratri are the heaviest days of the year — treat any published estimate as optimistic on those.

Both our vans reach the same drop point — a Force Urbania — 17 Seater at ₹30/km or the Maharaja Urbania — 9 Seater at ₹37/km. Where a stop involves a walk, the van waits rather than being re-booked, so you are not looking for it afterwards in a crowd.

- Three to six hours for general darshan on weekends and festival days, considerably less on an ordinary weekday afternoon. With an allotted Sugam Darshan slot, about an hour.
- How close can a vehicle get to Kashi Vishwanath?
- Godowlia crossing, or the Maidagin side depending on that day’s police diversions, then roughly a ten-minute walk through Vishwanath Gali. This applies to every vehicle and operator equally.
- Can I book Sugam Darshan through an operator?
- No. It is booked by the devotee on the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust’s own portal at the temple’s own fee. Tell us the slot time and we build the driver’s day around it.
