Build the day around the fixed ritual times
Pind daan windows and aarti timings do not move. Everything else on the day is arranged backwards from them, which is the opposite of how most itineraries are written.
The walking is the real constraint
Kashi Vishwanath is ten minutes on foot from Godowlia for everybody. Over a four-city pilgrimage that adds up, and it is worth knowing before you book rather than at the first gate.
State permits for Bihar and Nepal
Gaya crosses into Bihar and Lumbini into Nepal. Both permits are arranged in advance and quoted up front rather than added to the final invoice.

- Can one vehicle cover Varanasi, Ayodhya and Prayagraj?
- Yes, and it should. One vehicle across the circuit means one driver who knows the group and no re-booking between cities. Outstation billing applies at ₹30/km with a 250 km per day minimum.
- How much walking is involved on a Varanasi pilgrimage?
- About ten minutes each way at Kashi Vishwanath, eight to ten down to Dashashwamedh for the aarti, and a 5 km parikrama if Chitrakoot is on the itinerary. Sankat Mochan, Durga Kund and Tulsi Manas need almost none.
